40/40
40 days and 40 nights to remember how it feels to be alive.
There’s nothing quite like being alive.
40/40 is a guided return to yourself. For 40 days and 40 nights, two short messages a day arrive on your WhatsApp: a voice note to learn something new and try it, and a prompt to reflect on what you noticed.
It brings together ancient wisdom and scientific insight in a way you can feel, so you can make small, real changes to how you experience life.
How it works
Simple, daily and close to life.
The four pillars
One journey, ten days at a time.
What you consume
What you let in shapes how you feel. Food, water, music, media, words and the spaces around you.
What you think
Your brain shows you what you’ve told it to look for. Notice old loops and choose new defaults.
What you speak
Words carry weight. Explore tone, labels and the language that drains you or builds you up.
What you do
Small, aligned actions that change how life feels, day to day.
A day inside 40/40
Two small moments that fit around your life.
- Learn and doA voice note to start your day, with one idea and one small step to try. Around 10 to 15 minutes.
- Share and reviewAn evening prompt to reflect on what you noticed. Write it in your workbook or share it with a friend, and on the January cohort, share it with us too. Around 5 to 10 minutes.
- At your own paceListen on a walk, on the train or while the kettle boils. Miss a message? No guilt, just step back in.
What starts to shift
Small steps, adding up over 40 days.
You’ll notice what you let in, from food and water to media and words, and how it affects the way you feel.
You’ll start to catch unhelpful thought loops before they run the show.
You’ll hear your words differently, and begin speaking in a way that matches who you want to be.
You’ll be doing more of what feels true to you, with less effort.

A note from Georgina
Why I created 40/40
Inspired by the Theory of Oneness, Quantum Field Theory and a desire to help others, I am always looking to improve my own life, and I use what I find to create tools and strategies to help others do the same.
When lockdowns began in 2020, I was living alone and working for myself, going through some significant personal challenges. They were some of the darkest days of my life. There were times when it became so hard that I went home to stay with my parents for a while.
The solitude was crushing, but it was during this time that I realised an imbalance in the world. Through the smoke and mirrors offered by the media and societal pressures, I set out to discover truth.
40/40 is a soft landing: a collection of some of the most interesting things I found along the way, chosen because they have a direct impact on the quality of your experience of life. I share them one small step at a time, and guide you through all 40 days and nights. If something in you is asking for more from this one precious life, I’d love you to join us.

In their words
From people who’ve taken part in 40/40.
I’ve done a lot of personal development over the years, but this experience felt different. It was more grounded, more human and backed by strong research.
“It came at a time where life was throwing hurdles and Georgina’s expertise opened my eyes to so many new ways of thinking… I came out of it a calmer and more reflective person.”
Isabel E-C.“The content is grounded in science and evidence based thinking, whilst having a nice blend of spirituality and stoicism… Subsequently I’ve made some pretty big changes.”
Matt“I was blown away by the depth of knowledge, from ancient wisdom to the latest scientific research… It’s not just a theoretical course, it’s focused on taking action and building new habits, one small step at a time.”
Lenka K.“The bite size content is enough not to be overwhelming, gives you something to consider and enables you to be in the driving seat.”
Adam F.“Wow, is all I can say… It has truly opened my eyes to what we see, hear, think and do in our normal day to day lives… This course will absolutely NOT disappoint, what are you waiting for?”
Natalie W.“Committing to the programme doesn’t need to take up much of your day, it’s easily doable around a busy lifestyle with daily bite size pieces of inspiration delivered in the most interesting, fun and fascinating way.”
Gillian H.“I have gained so much from participating in this incredible programme… coaching exercises and actionable’s that have changed how I think, feel and behave.”
Polly B.“…it was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone looking to change their life to go for it.”
