Online courses and programmes:

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for online courses, in line with UK consumer rights for digital content. To request a refund within this period, please email hello@nousana.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and returned to your original payment method.

After 14 days, courses are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

Masterclasses and live events:

Refunds for masterclasses and live events are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. After this point, no refund will be issued, though you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created and published by nousana — including course materials, ebooks, audio recordings, graphics, video content, email sequences, website copy, and brand assets - is the intellectual property of Reach Further Online Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
